The number of dogs physically in your facility's program at one time — not your total client list, and not your staff count.
Can I change tiers later?
Yes. As your facility grows, you can move up a tier whenever it makes sense — there's no lock-in to your starting plan.
Is there a setup fee?
No. What you see above is what you pay, monthly, with no separate onboarding or setup cost.
Is there an annual plan?
Not currently — pricing is month-to-month only, on every tier.
Do higher tiers get extra features?
No. Every tier includes the full toolset — the only difference between tiers is how many dogs your facility runs at once.
Does customization cost extra?
